i'm a graduated journalist and a self-educated photographer as well. you can find me at viory.com. as a journalist... i've always been interested in the way people look at the societies they belong to. i want to know about their philosophies about daily life and their ideas about politics. therefore i worked for different media. a significant time, i also worked as project coordinator at a debating centre. as a photographer... my camera always travels with me. i love street photography and documentary photography. on the other hand, when i want to relax i find myself taking pictures of a flower for over an hour. i can't deny having a background in graphical design, which often leaves its traces in my photography. recent i try to combine journalism and photography as my way of living. you won't find me describing the same scenes in words and pictures though. being objective in my stories i like to express my fascination and admiration in my photography.

hi dread! great to hear that. i hope to be more active online soon, but have been busy in 'the analog world'. saturday an exhibition! and maurits is showing his paintings there also. it lasts until the 17th of juli... what about your holland trip... this summer? ;-)

WOW! I'm impressed! I would love to go there, meet you again, enjoy your exhibitions and your city but I think this year it will be almost impossible... BUT I keep the faith! I miss you alot my Dutch friends! Let me wish you good luck! : D
